What the Guarantee covers

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers the cost of the product only.

Shipping charges, packaging costs, and payment gateway transaction fees are not refundable. A nominal handling fee of ₹199 to ₹299 (depending on your delivery location) will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover these costs.

For multi-pack orders (Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free), once your claim is approved, our team will let you know whether a reverse pickup is needed for the sealed bottles or whether you can simply keep them. We make this decision based on what’s most convenient for your location and circumstances — wherever possible, we prefer to spare you the hassle of organizing a return.

Eligibility — who can claim

To qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following must be true:

  • The order must have been placed directly through our website (jointura.in). Orders placed via Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, or any other marketplace are not covered under this Guarantee.
  • The Guarantee applies to your first purchase only, with one approved claim per customer per lifetime.
  • The claim must be raised within the applicable window — 30 days from delivery for the Trial pack, 45 days from delivery for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free packs.
  • For multi-pack orders, the minimum sealed-bottle requirement must be met (1 sealed bottle for the 3-pack; 2 sealed bottles for the 5-pack).
  • The product must have been used consistently and as directed during the claim window.
  • The free Anti-Inflammatory Indian Diet Plan or any other complementary educational resources provided by Jointura alongside your order must also have been followed. during the claim window.

Standard return policy (separate from this Guarantee)

If you receive a product that is damaged, wrong, expired, or different from what you ordered, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, photographs of the product and packaging, and the unboxing video where available. Replacements or refunds in such cases are handled separately from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and are processed within 7 working days of verification.

Refund timeline

Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
