What happens after you order

  1. We dispatch your order in 1–3 business days

    Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  2. You'll receive an SMS and email with tracking details

    These are sent to the phone number and email address you used at checkout, once the order leaves us.

  3. Use the tracking link or AWB number

    Open the tracking link from that message, or use the AWB number on the courier partner's own website.

  4. Delivery takes 2–10 business days depending on your location

    2–4 days to metro cities, 3–5 to tier-2 cities, 4–7 to tier-3 and semi-urban areas, 5–10 to rural and remote areas.
