At Jointura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, email us at info@jointura.in with your Order ID.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

After Dispatch

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • You may refuse delivery (for prepaid orders) or initiate a return after receiving the product.

Return Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or broken
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from what was shown on the website

Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Products with tampered, opened, or missing seals (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Products without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

    1. Email us at info@jointura.in within 7 days of delivery
  1. Include the following:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue (for damaged/defective items)
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
  4. Do not ship the product back without prior approval

Refund Policy

Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, we offer:

Option Details
Original Payment Method Refund to the same method used during purchase (UPI, card, net banking, wallet)
Store Credit Credit added to your Jointura account for future purchases
Replacement Same product shipped at no extra cost

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Bank/payment provider processing may take an additional 3–7 days to reflect in your account.

COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
  • You will need to provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name).

Damaged or Wrong Product Received?

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Do not use or discard the product
  2. Email info@jointura.in within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Attach clear photos/videos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The damaged/wrong product
    • The invoice/shipping label
    • We will offer a full replacement or refund.
  4. Return shipping is on us – we'll arrange pickup at no cost to you
